ebay: how long before you report someone as not shipping an item?
Someone had about 20 sets of something I was interested in for the kids rooms. I did buy it now for 2 sets, and paid for them immediately via PayPal on 4/29, and paid for insurance.
On 5/8 I contacted the seller to ask when they were shipped. No response.
Realized on 5/13 they hadn't come and I hadn't gotten a response, sent another message.
I still haven't gotten a response. I don't get it, they have over 15000 feedback with 97% positive rating. I'm not being unreasonable, right? It's not too soon to report it as not sent, is it?

I would report ASAP- the fact that they haven't gotten back to you is the real problem.

They have 30 days to ship but the lack of communication is wrong. I would go through EBay to get their phone number and give a call to see what's going on.
If you don't get a response in a day or two, I would start the Non-performing buyer process and I would tell them this when you call or leave a message.
I think you have up to 30 days to get a refund through paypal. The ebay help windows are pretty good.

I would contact them once more, and tell them how concerned you are and you have no choice but to report them, then I would wait 24 hours and report them to ebay

i agree get their info from ebay and call - is this a multiple item listing from a store ? i know some sellers dont ship till the listing has ended.
that can be 30 days.
i agree they should be answering your email. but with so many itwems going out i am sure they dont have time to answer everyone
