Panera Bread
We are going to Panera Bread tomorrow for lunch. I have never been, but I still need to stay on my diet. Does anyone know what I can eat there that is low in points? TIA

Re: Panera Bread
This is from a website that has points for a lot of restuarant menus
Dottie's panera points
I usually get a you pick 2 - 1/2 a salad with a bowl of chicken noodle or black bean soup.

Re: Panera Bread
Be careful there, the stuff can be very high in calories and/or points. I would stick with the vegetarian black bean and/or chicken noodle soup. Even the salads there can be high in points cuz of the dressings....
But the food is extremely yummy!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Panera Bread
I usually have the 1/2 & half thing - fandango salad and either a turkey sandwich or soup. Now you can get an apple instead of an extra piece of bread which is good too.

Re: Panera Bread
The chicken noodle soup is my favorite...I think it's only 2 or 3 points on WW.
