The Childrens Place Outlet in the Source Mall
Has fleece sweatpants and pullover jackets for $1.99. I saw up to size 18 months, but I wasn't looking that closely. A lot of 6-9 months.
They had a lot of other stuff for $3.99 and up.

The one by me does too, I got Julia a lot of the fleece pullovers for this fall/winter. Couldn't resist with those prices!
