WW want to share ideas?
What are some of your favorite dinners? I am starting to get bored with I am making. I would love to hear some point friendly dinner ideas.

Re: WW want to share ideas?
just put a lasagna with fat free cheese, ground turkey, and tons of veggies in the oven, I will let you know in an hour how it came out. DH gets home from work at 5, I had to hide all the FF evidence.
other then that we live on turkey burgers
turkey garlic adobe peppers onions
put some spray on the George Forman, comes out so good and only 3 points a patty.

Re: WW want to share ideas?
Just made a WW recipe last night. Pork chops with apples and sauerkraut. I think you could leave the sauerkraut out and it would be good too. Pour 1 Tb safflower oil in a med skillet over medium high heat. Cook center cut bonelss pork chops 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and keep warm. Add 1 Tb safflower oil to same skillet. cut 2 golden delicious apples into thin slices add cinnamon to taste. Sautee until soft and slightly browned then add sauerkraut until that browns. Serve together with veggies and rice or potatoes

Re: WW want to share ideas?
making this tonight and have made it before its yummy i like it with cutlets not thighs.
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth 2 Tbsp olive oil 4 medium garlic clove(s), minced 2 Tbsp dried oregano 1 serving cooking spray (5 one-second sprays per serving) 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken thigh(s), about 8 thighs 1 pound uncooked new potatoes, cut in half (about 10 small potatoes)
Instructions
Place lemon juice, broth, oil, garlic and oregano in a large resealable plastic bag or medium glass bowl. Add chicken, seal bag or cover bowl, and marinate at least 2 hours or up to overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a 9 X 11-inch pan with cooking spray.
Place chicken and marinade in pan; add potatoes. Bake 60 minutes, or longer for softer potatoes. Yields about 2 chicken thighs and 5 potato halves per serving. (Note: You may substitute boneless, skinless chicken breasts for the thighs but reduce the cooking time by 15 minutes.)

Re: WW want to share ideas?
Lsst night made sweet potato "fries" from the WW turnaround cookbook. This is a good cookbook and only 10 bucks unlike the other ripoff WW stuff!
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and then into 1/2 inch strips. 1TB olive oil 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper each. toss the potatoes to coat and line them in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Cook at 450 fro 30 mins. They are awesome and a vegetable!
