BF'ing and 2nd pregnancy...
If I plan on BF'ing (or at least pumping) until he's 1, but plan on trying for baby #2 before then...will that work? I haven't gotten AF yet and I know they say you can't really get PG while BF'ing - will I have to stop?
Also, let's say I DO get pg and am still BF'ing... will I have colostrum for the new baby??

You can get PG while BFing. You just dont know when your hormone levels are going to drop so you O. When you do get PG your milk production becomes a thing of the past.
Yes you will have colestrum again.

I dont think you can breast feed and be pregnant at the same time- I think it affects your milk supply but if the baby is only nursing like once a day- maybe? Im kinda guessing here though.

Yes, you can get pregnant while BFing and you will have colostrum. You can even continue to nurse both children when the second is born if you wanted to.

Emma nursed until Jeremy was born. Toward the middle of my pregnancy I would produce next to nothing. She would "nurse" to sleep and 1st thing in the AM. Once Jeremy was born my milk came in like it did when Emma was born

of course you can do both

It is very possible and done all over the World.
With BF many moms (like me) do not get their AF for many months so you might not ovulate in the time frame you are looking at.
