Nothing that a little paint won't fix. But in all honestly the entire kitchen needs an overhaul. With the market slow down most of the houses in that area that have been on the market for several months have outdated kitchens and baths. And the owners wonder why they aren't selling.
I've always said that the Northport-East Northport school district is one of the best bargains for taxes. So much more property and an excellent school district for 7K. the same house in Nassau would be at least 11K.

I think it looks very retro. I doubt that I could live with it, but it wouldn't stop me from buying the house.
