Re: BRU registry question

According to BRU the issue is with Amazon, not BRU. They are constantly fighting over registry issues. If you go into the store and print out the registry, you might have better luck. It's a stupid system and always problematic.

Re: BRU registry question

I know the feeling... same with my registry!! Most of the items are not available online!! It's ridiculous I know.... But I have to say they are wayyyyy better than Buy Buy Baby. I found Buy Buy Baby to be nasty and very unhelpful.

I guess its where you go b/c I find the opposite!!!

When I go to BRU they have no clue where stuff is and they are so lazy just sitting around doing nothing. I walk into BBB and people always run right up to me to help and know everything thats in the store, all the products- their stroller people are amazing! And I like that they have a tester car seat so you can put a car seat on it and demo it, have the children sit in it etc.

I find BBB to be superior than BRU in customer service except for the BRU in Commack-that is the only decent one.

ETA I was mainly speaking about BRU in Westbury, needless to say, they frustrate me!
