Charting...too many variables
Hi Ladies,
You guys were so helpful before I thought I would post yet another question. A couple actually. First what is the formula for adjusting your temperature if you woke up at a diferent time than usual earlier/later (I slept through my alarm this morning and woke up at 9:30 oops ). Also, we wnt out to dinner last night and I had a glass of wine and a small amount of Baileys - would this make my temperature go up a lot?
Thanks for your help - there are so many things to keeps track of I am always thinking that I am doing this wrong and that I'll never be sure when I ovulated...

Re: Charting...too many variables
for every 20 minutes you over sleep your temp allegedly goes up .1 degree. Same can be said for alcohol. For every drink you have it raises yo ur temp .1

Re: Charting...too many variables
Thanks. I calcualted that and that would put my temperature this morning at 96.9 which would be crazy since I have never been that low...I never thought this temping thing would be so difficult. I can manage to pass the bar but I can't take my temperature

What CD are you on? If you are fairly early on I would just use rule of thumb and skip it.
