If it is someone you will use regularly I would give them a nice Christmas bonus if you are happy with them.

I give $5 over everytime. At holiday time I give $50. This year I will probably increase it since she's been with me for a few years now and she really does a great job.

NO!! She gets cash and works for herself. I do give her a christmas gift and buy a gift for her daughter. That's it.
