What foods should I stay away from that are high in salt?

probably most processed foods- like frozen pre-made meals, canned foods, Chinese Food is high in salt too

i think deli meats can also have lots of salt - along with hot dogs, cooked hams and fast food (hamburgers, fries, etc from fast food restaurants)

I got a list from my doc b/c I was told my salt intake is through the roof!
I LOVE salt and salty foods! 
Surprise item on that list: MILK
Who would have thought? I drink a ton of whole milk!
