Looks like hens and chics. Mine just started to come up as well. I believe they bloom late summer to fall.

No, I have those, it isn't them. Maybe a variation of those, but not the 'regular' kind.

It's sedum! I have some too. Those little stalks had pinkish red flowers last summer, I bet.

I'll try to find a picture of mine, it looks very similar.
