What kind of teacher are you?
Hard?
Easy?
A pushover?
I think I'm tough. My kids are held to some pretty high standards. But they know I love them and they almost WANT to prove what they can do. But I work them to the bone!

Hard and they know it. There are some things that I let slide but they know that I will not tolerate nonsense!

I am extremely tough, but I am also fair and open-minded. My kids know that I take no crap, but I also am not a drill sergeant in the classroom, either.
I don't even know how I establish it, but I just do. The kids know I can laugh with them, but be firm in creating boundaries, too.

I would describe myself as this also. The kids know what I expect and know what I won't tolerate, but I definitely have the mom-ish quality too, esp, since I teach the little ones that just melt my heart each day
