What kind of treats do you give your pet?
My dogs never ate human food. DH gave them those "chewable" bones about 3 times total. I just don't want to give them any junk food.
We have "treats" though.
I take their "regular" dry food and put it in a little plastic bag and call it "treat". They think it's a "real" treat.

She gets two to three Large MilkBone biscuits a day in addition to her food. It helps to keep her teeth clean...

We give Yogi Iams dog bones and baby carrots. He loves the carrots! The vet said that they are good for him and he can have as many as he wants since they are healthy.

Baby carrots, peppers, lettuce, cucumber - any kind of vegetable really (she doesn't like broccoli though). We also give her a chicken jerky everyday, and occasionally peanut butter and lactose-free cheese - we think she's lactose intolerant because whenever she has dairy she makes stinky farts  . The lactose free american cheese is fine though.

Cooper gets Eagle Pack Holistix Chicken Biscuit... maybe 1 or 2 a day...
He also gets Zen Puppy Peace Dog Treats. They're supposed to have a caliming effect... my @ss! LOL
We rarely give him human food... sometimes he can have a tiny bit of cheese or a small lick of vanilla ice cream... but again, it's very rare.

my cats love greenies. They are a dental treat - cleans their teeth and gets rid of bad breath. THey must taste good too cause the cats go crazy for them.
They make them for dogs too.

We use **** van pattan's natural balance rolls. We slice it then freeze it
we also use the dry food for every day
