What kind of veggies can I put in my muffins?
Roman is at the stage where he is refusing to eat all the usuals he used to. I'm not sure how I feel about tricking him into eating but I guess what's important is that he is actually getting the nutrients now.
Sooooo with that being said I am in baking mode and want to make some breads and corn muffins. What kind of veggies can I put in them?

how do I add sweet potato? Do I cook them first? Can I purchase puree's already or is it healthier to puree myself?

butternut squash, pumpkin, cauliflower, sweet potatoe - all pureed of course.
I have the Deceptively Delicious cookbook, I can post a few recipes later if you would like?

Trader Joe's was selling cans of sweet potato puree for the holidays. They might still have some.
