What kind of water do you use to prepare formula
Bottled water?
Tap water?
Boiled water?
I have heard that people use all of the above
What do you do?
I have been using tap water. I just run it for about 30 seconds first to clear out the pipes...

I've used all three. I used tap when I just made a bottle by itself, I used boiled when I made a pitcher (no real reason tho) and I used bottled when we still lived in the city.

I ws using nursery water from bru and then everyone posted about too much floride so i call my pharmacist and they said giving floride in every bottle was too much floride. So now i use spring water in a jug sold in the baby section at supermarket (no floride)

I boil tap water every night then put it in a pitcher, I use it at room temp throughout the next day.
In a few weeks I am going to swtich to regular tap water.
On a side note
Be careful with bottled water. it is not regulated like tap water and I actually drank GASOLINE out of a water bottle. And it was legally OK according to the loose standards there are for bottled water.

always used filtered tap water. if we're out and in a pinch, I'll use bottled.

I always used filtered tap water but the dr told me regular tap was fine, just let it run for a minute first.

I always used bottled water of I was using the powdered formula. (I usually used RTF though)

I BF mainly, so formula didn't really play a part until recently. But at nearly a year we still boil water at home. If we are going out for the day, we bring bottled water.
