My parents are Grandma & Grandpa
DH parents are Memar & Pepar (sp) I personally don't like it but that's the name my niece started and it just stuck

She calls both sets PopPop and Ma-Maw. Just recently she began identifying them as PopPop Rocky or PopPop John and Ma-Maw Judy and Ma-Maw Carol. 
ETA...we always said grandpa, she created PopPop on her own and it stuck!!

although DS is only 5 months old & cannot speak, but that is what refer to them in his presence.

DS doesn't say anything yet, but we refer to my parents as grandma and grandpa and DH's parents as nonna and nonno.

My kids only have my Mom - they call her Nanny. My 17m old calls her Mom a lot though, I guess from hearing me LOL

Both of our moms are Grandma Firstname and our dads are Grandpa Firstname.
My grandmother is Grandma Urs b/c she has slight dementia and doesn't respond to Great-Grandma.
DH's grandparents are GGma and GGpa, Dh's cousin's kids named them that a long times ago.

My MIL will be safra and FIL sabba. But she hasn't seen MIL since she was 2 weeks old and never met FIL.

Julia calls my parents, Mimi and Papa.
She calls DH's parents (now this is funny) Wawa and Dow--lol She started calling them these names when she was little and couldn't say grandma, we have no idea where Dow came from--lol I'm sure when she gets a little older she'll start calling them grandma and grandpa...

Alyssa calls my Dad "Pappy" - he chose this name. I wasnt crazy about it but its grown on me now.
My Mom passed away a few months ago but we caled her Grammy.
DH's mom and dad are Grandma and Grandpa.
