I agree... The amount of bleeding with C/S was not excpected.lol I thought, well how bad could it possibly be? BAD!

I like this thread...I am the type of person who likes to know exactly what I am getting into. I want to know that if I poo on the table or pass an 8inch clot after birth that it is perfectly normal!!!



I agree! DH always yells at me for being overresearched and overthinking things and worrying about things that won't happen. But I think it's better to be prepared and then NOT have the unpleasant things happen.

ABSOLUTELY - without a doubt! And I felt that way even immediately after DD was out while I was being stitched up. I cannot emphasize how less scary it all was than I imagined. Don't let this thread freak you out!

there is NOTHING that can prepare you for the feeling of empowerment right after you push that baby out.

It was the most euphoric feeling - happiness, relief, strength, pride and more love than you've ever felt in your entire life - all rolled into one.
