What not to say on a job interview...
I interviewed a college junior today for a student worker position in my office. He said that he'd used our services previously, but could not remember the advisor's name, but thought it began with an M. I am the only advisor who's name begins with an M, so I asked if it had been me?
His response..."No, it was someone much younger than you." When we figured out which advisor it was (and its someone who is my age...) he insisted that she was "definitely a lot younger" than me.
