What other juice and/or regular fasts have you done
I'm thinking I need something to sort of jump start myself, was thinking of doing a fast, just not sure which one.

ive been thinking about doing one also, during feb break so I am home since I don't know how cranky I will be there is a groupon for jus by Julie anyone know about that one

I did a three day and made my own juices - I followed one from food babe.com. It was 3 different types of juices and you can have tea. Personally I think it's best to make your own juice rather than purchase juices. I wish I could do the master cleanse but no way would I last 10 days! Heard great things about it though.

I've done a couple of 3 and 5 day juice cleanses. Cooler Cleanse was the best of those that I did. These were good for termporary results - i felt great for a couple of days, I lost a few pounds/reduced bloating right before I needed to go to a destination wedding. For more of a lifestyle change/kick start- I recently did a clean eating cleanse for 2 weeks, no dairy, no caffeine, no added sugars (fruit was ok), no gluten, no preservatives, no alcohol etc. and I felt fantastic. The idea at the end was to slowly add things back in and see how they impact you. I've kept up the gluten free and limited dairy now for over a month and feel great.

I started a smoothie like fast on Sunday. I do eat one meal a day but make a fresh smoothie for 2 meals. I use banana, strawberry, blueberry usually for breakfast. lunch I usually use spinach, kiwi, apple. or if in a rush, grab a V8.
Kinda making my own thing up here. But in 6 days I've gone down 6.6 lbs :)
Hoping next week to just do smoothies for all 3 meals for a cleanse/fast for a week. Wanted to start slower to adjust my body.
I feel better, my skin is better too :)
