What part of No Thank you do you not understand???

Every Friday morning my dept takes turns picking up coffee/tea for everyone. Yesterday was my day and as I am walking out of Dunkin Donuts to my car, a guy getting into the van next to me sees me and jumps out of the car with a big smile on his face and starts walking towards me. Now my first thought is "Oh, what does this guy want"?
So he proceeds to remove a bunch of flyers from his pocket and I immediately wish I was already in my car. He begins to tell me he can "save me" and I nicely stop him and say "no thank you, I am not interested". Again, he tries thrusting flyers at me (while my hands are full by the way) telling me he can "lead me" in the right direction. I then say "Thank you very much but the only direction I need to head in right now is to my office".
Three more times this guy is trying to shove these flyers at me and finally I turned to him and said "I have been quite patient and polite up until now which is something you obviously do not understand. I have thanked you and told you I was not interested yet you continue to harass me. I was unaware that someone trying so hard to teach someone that they need to be saved would go out of their way to purposely make me angry. I doubt you are going to find anyone to "save" by harassing someone". I then jumped in my car and took off leaving him there with his mouth wide open.

Why is it necessary to harass people for religious purposes????

I can't stand people that do this! I always get suckered into standing there and listening as if I actually give a crap. Good for you for standing up to him!
