What parts do you work out together?
So it all came back to me while I was at the gym today and I want to go back to working like this I think but I want to make sure I have the right combinations: chest & tri-ceps back & bi-ceps legs & butt
stomach & cardio each time
Does that sound right? If it is, do you do 3 exercises for each body part?

i do the splits that you mentioned, except for abs. i only do abs three times a week and never consecutive days. i was told that since they are muscles too, they need time to recover just like the others.

Its good to mix up the body parts after a few wekks/months
Right now im doing: leg, chest, tri back, shoulders, bi
and like the above poster said, alternate abs
