To be honest, I was doing a show up until my due date and I found myself placing my hand like that so that people would know it was a preggo belly and not a belly belly. Maybe that's what she (who is that?) is doing.

Although I didn't pose like that, a ton of my friends took their belly pics like that. I guess to really show off the belly?
At any rate, she sure looks better than I did!! And I wasn't really wearing heels either...MAYBE once on my bday and then my feet blew up like sausages! It looked HOT i tell you..

Definately not me. I didn't have to put my hand under my belly. You probably wouldn't have seen it anyway, I was HUGE
And, I probably would have snapped those heels in half

There isn't anything wrong with it...its just the whole thing...surely that designer didn't give her that frock and the shoe designer didn't give her those high heeled shoes for her to pose like that! But I seem to see all the pregnant celebs doing that pose, so I guess I am in the minority!
