what shoe do you wear for gardening?
I'm wearing my old sneakers but they get soaked and not cutting it.

I wear either old sneaks or flip-flops. I know that I shouldn't but when I am cleaning out the beds it is much easier to kick them off and get right in.

Yeah lately I've been wearing my flip flops too, but I am getting the creapys from ticks and spiders, so thought maybe a gardening clog?
Wondered if anyone where found something cute.

I think Joann's the fabric store sells gardening shoes if you were interested..They look like crocs only, they are all closed

I wear this croc type of shoe I got from Land's End. It's great that I can just hose them off when I am done!

I bought the closed ones also from Target. They had cute colors too, sage green and a dark teal. I bought the teal. But be warned that they got hot when you are just standing in the sun and the tops of my feet were really hot. But so easy to take on and off to go in the house. I don't like them otherwise to wear, but for the garden they serve there purpose.

Grasshoppers. Yardwork is their only purpose, so I don't ruin any other shoes. No laces, I just slip them on and they are permanently dirty. When they're too much, I throw them in the washing machine. $20 at DSW.

this weekend was horrible to garden.... especially sat... the rain turned the lawn into a sponge  DH and I were sinking into the mud in our garden patches  on the plus side, no need to water 
we always use our 'painting' clothing and shoes.... anything old that we don't care about
