What should I expect at 32 Week Sono?
If I dont want to know the sex, will it be inevitable that I will be able to tell at this point?

I have more growth sonos than most and every time the tech asks me if I know the genders before they start. They will probably do the same for you so the surprise isn't ruined.
To be honest, unless you have really studied sonos and the view is very clearly boy or girl you probably won't be able to tell.
Just tell them when you walk in you want to be surprised.
