what should I leave at daycare for DD?
At the woman's house where DD will be 2x a week each kid has a bin with their name for their stuff. This is what I plan on leaving there:
diapers wipes extra formula bibs burp cloths pacifiers onesies socks vaseline diaper rash cream wash cloths blanket
Do I NOT need any of that stuff? Is there other stuff I should leave? Also should I put her name/initials on EVERYTHING, including pacifiers?!

You read my mind! I was going to post the same thing today. My daycare asks for three changes of clothes, but other than that I'm not sure what else we need.

an extra empty bottle (Although I usually keep this in the bag I bring to & from daycare every day.)
Do you need sheets for the crib? If so, I'd leave an extra one.
I don't know about labeling. I'd definitely label the bottles & the pacis. When I take things to daycare (in a commercial facility) I have to label everything, but it might be different with home daycare.

Re: what should I leave at daycare for DD?
They should give you a fairly comprehensive list. We are definitely overpacked but I know he has all his comforts there. In the summer, he wears shorts and short sleeves but the room is cool so I keep a sweatshirt jacket there. DS never seems cold but it makes me feel better if he has it. Also, we finally gave him a little Lovey for his crib. We take things home and wash more often than the daycare suggests. I figure we can't be too sanitary when it comes to daycare stuff. Yesterday, they put his blanket in another crib by mistake because I forgot to label it. It touched the other kid's blanket and sheets. I am sure the other kid is fine and that her and Dylan touch each other anyway but I took the blankie home to wash it in case she was sick or anything.

maybe this is a silly question, but how do you label the pacis? I was thinking just to initial it with a sharpie, but I dont know if putting the ink on there is good.

I labeled not the paci itself, since my ds would teeth on all of it, but rather the paci attacher thingy. The thing it attaches to the clothes.
I highly recommend getting that so there is less confusion as to which is hers
Also bring a fav toy to comfort her. I brought Freddy the firefly
