What should I make for dinner tonight?
I'm bored of the same-old stuff. I will make anything involving chicken, beef or pasta. DH and I don't eat seafood and I don't eat many veggies. Help!
ETA: No pork either

Re: What should I make for dinner tonight?
Tonight I am making baked chicken with a cheddar broccoli pasta side dish. I use mayo instead of egg and milk while breading and it doesn't dry out the chicken.

Re: What should I make for dinner tonight?
Tonight I am making breaded pork cutlets, salad and heating up some leftover lasagna that my mil sent over.
Tomorrow is probably going to be baked tortellini with vodka sauce and salad.

Re: What should I make for dinner tonight?
I took ground turkey out to defrost. I'm either making
Turkey Burgers on the Grill
Or Taco meat and making taco salads without the totilla bowl.
Probably the later so I'll have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Re: What should I make for dinner tonight?
I'll bet you could do the glazed pork with chicken cutlets instead.

Re: What should I make for dinner tonight?
we're having a mushroom stuffed chicken recipe that i found on here awhile ago... basically you take chopped mushrooms, garlic, breadcrumbs... cook them, then stuff them into chicken breasts and bake it until the chicken is cooked ( about 40 minutes) sooo good!!

Re: What should I make for dinner tonight?
We are having Chicken Cordon Blue I got from Uncle Guiseppe's with rice and a veggie. You can easily make it yourself with chicken cutlets, cheese and ham, egg it and bread it and bake it. I was just too lazy to do this and bought it made up, but still raw. Tomorrow we are having sloppy Joes. Yesterday we had turkey burgers. Some of my standbys are: Honey mustard chicken Turkey burgers crockpot beef goulash Perdue Baked chicken cutlets Rotisseire chicken Pasta and meatsauce Breakfast for dinner Baked ziti Spanish Chicken and rice, I just follow the directions on the back of the box, I think it is the Goya rice.
