What stores sell tutu dresses for 18 month sizes?

I want to get a cute dress for DD's 1st birthday. I had one (a gorgeous dress from Little Mass, bought at Nordstrom), but they only had a 12 month size and now it's too small.

Party is in a week!!

I've tried Lester's, Denny's (Plainview), Tutti Bambini, Gold Coast Kids, Century 21, and Nordstrom.

Can anyone suggest some other boutiquey stores that sell these things? I know a lot of places sell the Popatu dresses, but I'm looking for something a little 'sweeter' if that makes sense. I love almost all of the Little Mass dresses, Cach Cach, etc.
