shoes on the bed is bad luck
walking under a ladder is bad luck
black cat crossing is bad luck
what goes around, comes around
knock on wood
breaking a mirror is bad luck
...pretty much all of them
oh, and, not really a superstition, but
When I pass a church, I have to do the sign of the cross until I pass it. Sometimes I have to do it like 5 times if i'm at a red light. (maybe this is more of an OCD )

Yeah...I know...But I always just did it once, now, I have to do it till I pass the church.

When I get out of bed, I must have my right foot touch the floor first, my right leg goes through a skirt or pants first, my right foot gets a shoe first and my right leg steps out the of the shower first.
On New Year Day, I must have pennies in my shoe.
Never say never or knock on wood, bite my tongue and knock on my head.
Funny you should ask this because I used to have this thing with feathers. I always found them in weird places. I always believed they were a good sign because I'd find them after I did something good karmically speaking. Well, today, I see this worm crossing the sidewalk, so I get a twig and pick it up and bring it to dirt. I turn around and there is this feather by my foot. Weird.

Well, this isn't really a superstition, but I can't walk under street signs. Like in the city they have not only the street signs, but bus signs and I can't walk under it because I am deathly afraid that the sign will slip down the pole and chop me in half  It's really bad, I get panicky if I think I might be too much under the sign
Also, I try not to step on cracks and whenever I lock a door, I have to pull on it (after it's already locked). these aren't really superstitions, just things I do

I touch lightswitched when I enter or leave a room if there's a lightsiwtch near the door. SO random, I know.
I can't stay in the shower once it's off, I have to get out. I won't be in without water running.

breaking a mirror is bad luck
(these are permanently ingrained in me from my mother)
if you drop something someone is talking about you
burning/boiling milk by accident is bad luck
dreaming about teeth falling out or chipping means that someone will become ill/pass away
dreaming about eating food is bad luck
dreaming about cooking (but not consuming food) is good luck

a woman i work with gave me a penny tails side down. she said its good luck if you pick up the penny, but you have to give it to someone
