a blanket burpies bibs extra clothes extra pacys, teethers etc. diaper cream
i gave them a can of powdered formula to use in emergencies. i usually make the bottles the night before, but in case one spills or something happens i wanted them to have an extra.

Re: What supplies do I need for daycare?
totally depends on the daycare. call & ask. we just started our "transition" days this week & we need: diapers wipes cream 4 extra onesies 4 extra outfits & socks tons of bibs receiving blanket heavier blanket blankie for crib/naps port-a-crib sheet 2 pacifiers & attachments emergency bottle & RTF formula daily prepared bottles daily prepared food snowsuit/bunting daily for walks
i would highly recommend asking if you need a form filled out by the ped. i had to pay a "rush fee" at the ped. since daycare only gave us 2 days notice about the form.
so far, it's going ok though. not easy, but ok. good luck & let us know how it goes!
ETA: everything must be labeled. luckily we have a label maker, but i also ordered iron-on labels. sharpies just don't do the trick on bottles. they always seem to smudge & rub off.

Thats amazing that you have to bring so much stuff to daycare! All I have to bring is some extra clothes, any kind of transitional object and the kid! The rest, they supply!

Check with the daycare, they should have a list for you, but for mine in addition to bottles, formula, wipes, diapers...
2 crib sheets toy for crib blanket 2 full changes of clothes Diaper cream if needed paci's bibs baby food labeled with date and name
All labeled with her name. They also want a jacket there at all times so if the weathers nice, they load up the baby buggy and take them for a walk.

More like a pain in the behind! But she sleeps with a blankie, they use a receiving blanket whenever they put her on the floor or in a chair, and a heavier baby blanket if it's chilly (I guess?). Tons of extra clothes just in case (I bring the Carter's long-sleeve onesies with matching sweatpants that come in a set).

Re: What supplies do I need for daycare?
My DD daycare requires us to have:
diapers wipe cream extra bottle (emergency) food for the day (we can store some) 2 sets extra clothes pacifier blanket (if we choose)
Everything needs to be labled as well. I started with iron on labels but she was growing and I wasn't keeping up with the labels so now I just mark her initials on the tags with a sharpie.
Her bottles, I tired the label maker but they wore off eventually going through the diswasher, etc. The glue was a pain to get off, now we just use the sharpie and keep putting her name on there if it wore off.
