What sweets are you making for Valentine's?
I'm making....
long stemmed strawberries with all different chocolate toppings
truffles
fudge
&
heart sugar cookies

I also made chocolate covered strawberries.
Heart shaped peanut butter cups.
Various heart shaped chocolate lollipops.
And chocolate covered oreos with hearts on top.

I made a Raspberry Fool (we previewed it last night). It was basically raspberry puree with lemon-flavored whipped cream.
BUT, I just got a box of chocolate covered strawberries from DH in the mail! So I think we'll have that tonight.

Dh gets home so late so we eat dinner between 8 and 8:30.
Dessert will be simple, white and dark chocolate covered strawberries with whipped cream.
