What temp do you set the AC in DC room on for the night?

I keep second guessing this.

Gees.. I have a Master's degree and am setting here debating the temperature and type of pajamas to put on her....

Now we just set it to low and put her in her regular pajamas. Her room is upstairs so it gets really warm in there.

Ugh you and me both Jen!!! I hate this guessing game.

We had the AC on 71 upstairs and we put him in his footie pj's. Then he woke up twice within an hour and a half. So we turned off the ac, put him in his short pj's and put him back to bed.

I told my DH this is crazy. We have to have the AC on at some point this summer.

73/74. Jonah is in long sleeved pajamas and a sleep sack.

Madelyn is in l/s footie pajamas and is swaddled with one arm out.

They had both been sleeping swaddled in onesies but now that their arms are out in the open I put them in long sleeves.

We keep our house pretty cool. 67 usually at night. DS sleeps in footed pj's and we cover him with a blanket. Sometimes DH gets hot in the middle of the night and turns on the ceiling fan.

See Im nuerotic and HAD to get one with electric controls so I can actually set the temperature I wanted it to be.

Her room is frekkin tiny too and I just HAD to know the temp in there.

The whole house is set at 69. I follow the SIDS campaign recommendation....

We keep our central air set to 76 usually...DD sleeps with either light footie pjs w/ a onesie underneath or fuzzy footie w/ no onesie ...

in our newborn class - i asked this ?? and the nurse told us for some reason 67 is the 'best temp to prevent sids'. how they came to this conclusion - i have no clue - but we put her in a short sleeved onesie, swaddle me and keep it at 68.

(Emma's VERY like us and does NOT like to be warm....she kicks off blankets during the day, etc.).

Eeks ! Even at 75-76, our house is like the arctic, we sleep with a down comforter and everything ! I cant imagine setting it under 70

Seamus' AC is set at 71

He sleeps in just a onesie or shorts and a T

He gets VERY warm at night. We put the blanket on him but he kicks it off

we have our AC set at 71, but Sasha's room is a little warmer. In the middle of the night though, the room thermometer says like 68 or 69. We dress her warmest for bedtime-- and it's the same regardless of the season. So far anyway.

I believe the correct window is 68 to 72 degrees.

I have it on 72. She is wearing light cotton pants, socks and a t-shirt onsie. We have the swaddle me on her but her arms are completely out.

I will go in in a little while and see if I should lower it or not.

I would never put it below 70---I freeze at that temp and her room is only 10x12.
