Yes, I LOVE that office .. LOVE LOVE LOVE .... but I never understood why they don't answer the phone on Saturdays!!

I was once e-mailed the number to get through to them on Saturday to make an appointment. They use a different line for Saturdays, not sure why maybe because they have less people working and they don't want it to get too busy.
