What time for dinner reservations to see Illuminations
We are finalizing our Disney plans and it looks like we are going to do La Hacienda de San Angel in Epcot for dinner. I would like to see Illuminations while we dine (have seen it a number of times already) What time should we reserve. They have from 7:15 - 8:15 available.

IllumiNations is either 9 or 9:30pm, depends on the schedule. People will begin saving tables at lagoon-side dining venues at 6:30pm or so, then in earnest by 7:30pm.
I prefer to watch from elsewhere and dine on my own schedule since I don't do well with chair hogs on cruises or table hogs at WDW. ;)

If you really want to see IllumiNations from there, then you'll not only need to book the earliest you can, but get there early and be willing to wait for a window table.
I'm not so sure it's worth it. I'd rather be off doing my thing and then grab a spot for IllumiNations 45 min before, but it's up to you.
