What to bring to a pool party/BBQ
Mostly adults and some small children will be there, need some ideas of what to bring to a pool party/BBQ this weekend. I make a great copycat spinach artichoke dip (like at Applebees) to serve in a breadbowl or with tortilla chips so that is one idea. Of course dessert like cheesecake or cookies is another. Just want something fun, colorful, yummy and different!?

What about some cupcakes that are decorated all pretty? Not that that's really different but everyone loves cupcakes! Or I've made a trifle with brownies, chocolate pudding, cool whip and crushed up kit kats.

-guacomole and chips,
-tomato & fresh mozz salad,
-cucumber, tomato, red onion with cilantro and fresh lime juice

What about a dirt trifle. Chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, cool whip and crushed oreos layered 3 times...YUM
