What to buy? Already have 1 DS?
My DS is 2 so I have most of the stuff from when he was a baby.
But, not with twins on the way what do you think I need to add? What things to I need 2 of?
I am going to be having a VERY small immediate family only shower so I want to register for a things.

What you absolutely need are:
two cribs
double bedding
two car seats (double snap and go is great)
double stroller
two high chairs/booster seats
two infant toddler rockers/bouncy seats
Extra bottles, burp cloths, bibs.
Everything else you usually can get by with one. Wait and see, until after they are born if you need another swing, etc.
You might want to get another:
mobile/crib soother
pack and play... we had two and IL's and they napped in them when we visited.

good list!
definitely extra onesies and clothes, you won't be getting to the laundry as much as you should, nothings worse then realizing you having nothing clean for them to sleep in.

I'm wondering too. We are lucky we have two bouncers already as DS had 2. We are going to borrow another swing...I really feel we need 2 swings. I'm going to use ( I hope) the co sleeper for the beginning, then switch right to crib. I will keep the two of them together till like 4 months, so 2 cribs then ( will use DS's crb as one and get him a toddler bed at that point ).
I guess all the small things like bedding, althoguh Im NOT doing the whole bedding set thing again, waste of money I think...but crib toys need more of.
gosh I dont know what else!
