What to do if yahoo account is hacked?
I caught it right away because my husband is constantly checking his mail and saw it right away. I changed the password immediately. I only use that account for a local parenting group.
Is changing the password enough? This never happened to me before.

It is. Don't ever change it back to the old password.

Mine was hacked a few months ago. I changed the password on that account as well as any other web sites linked to that account. If you haven't already, I would change the password for your local parenting group site as well.
I haven't had any problems since!
