what to do with a pork tenderloin

I bought one for the 1st time. It's a boneless lean one.

I was thinking about making a pulled pork in the crockpot, but thought I'd see if anyone else has a good idea.

I coat it in garlic, dried mustard, ginger and teriaki sauce. 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 155. It was delicious. I made it last night.

I'm boring- I just clean it, then add salt and pepper and stick it in the oven! It's so yummy though- and you can make pork gravy if you want to! Chat Icon

Re: what to do with a pork tenderloin

ok, great. Can't wait to try it. This is my first time making one. I was always so turned off from them, but it's lean, so I figured I'd give it a try.

I made a crockpot meal with pork tenderloin. I bought one of those powder mixes from the grocery store and added potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and celery. It came out awesome and it was really easy.
