What to do with Cube Steak?
I bought 2 packages of cube steaks yesterday with every intention of making Pioneer Woman's MM Sandwich, but I'm not feeling like making that now, and the steaks need to be cooked tonight.
Anyone have any ideas?

It is probably too late, but i would make swiss steak. I don't have a recipe offhand though.
