try to call the town tax assessor and ask them for the info of the owner. SEnd them a letter and see if they are interested to sell. Maybe they took it off the market for a while if it didn't have too many hits.

They could be snowbird who went to fl for the winter and took the house off the market while they are gone
Your realtor should be able to look up the owner in public records...but there address listed would most likely be the house- since they still own it
Your realtor could also call the listing agent and find out why the house is off the market and of it's going to be relisted
