What to make of this?
Ok, had two job interviews for my dream job.... second interview I was taken out to the construction site as well as a site visit to their other housing units. Then I came back to the office and met w/ the CFO and President. Total of 3.5 hours last Thursday. When I left they asked for my references which I emailed him that night. On Monday, he checked my references. All reported to me sounded like I nailed it. The person who checked my references said they were very interested in me and would be checking my references during the week. He sent me that email at 2:30pm, but by 10am that morning, he already checked them!!!!
I don't get it....I haven't heard anything from them last week. Is this normal? What are they waiting for? lol...

i will never understand how companies operate. maybe there is a holdup with HR?
