What to make with "chocolate" chips?

Hi guys... DH had to go into work today and will be late coming home due to a meeting (they also didn't plow the parking lot so he's worried about getting out!). He was not a happy camper this morning and I know he won't be when he gets home... so I thought I'd make him special treat Chat Icon

We have choc. chips, peanut butter chips, I think even mini chips. I was going to make cookies but I don't have any eggs. I do have all the other regular baking supplies though I think!

Any ideas or suggestions of what to make or where to look for recipes? Any sites where you can day "recipes with x ingredient but not y ingredient"? Chat Icon

AllRecipes You can click on "ingredients" above the search bar and input what you have and what you don't want to use.

make fondue.

melt the chips in a glass bowl on top of a pot of simmering water (don't let the water touch the bottom of the bowl)

add a touch of milk or cream to thin out consistency.

serve with chopped up fruit or pound cake...

or for an even better treat, serve it on yourself Chat Icon

Well, he won't want fondue as soon as he gets home lol I actually bought him a fondue pot for Christmas and we are gonna use it in a few weeks for our at home valentine's day celebration. Chat Icon

I think I'm gonna use this one:
Peanut Butter Bars
but use ritz crackers since I don't have grahams nad the pb/choc swirled chips. Mmm.

I don't really want to make regular cookies, but this one sounds really good - no eggs!
Yogurt Choc Chip Cookies

Thanks for the suggestion, AoB! That is a really useful feature to have!!
