what to make with gnochhi?
I have frozen gnochi that i want to make tonight, but i really dont feel like having red sauce. Any suggestions as to what i could make with it instead?

thanks for the suggestions...i actually made an alfredo sauce. it was pretty good ...came out a little too think though.

i would cook it with some blanched diced roma tomatoes, some fresh basil, and some garlic sliced thinly.
saute 5-6 garlic slices in 6 tablespoons of EVOO and a pinch of crushed red pepper until light golden. Add 12 leaves fresh chopped basil and diced blanched tomatoes. cook for 1-2 minutes. add salt and pepper. toss with pasta.
