What to make with skinless bonelss chic thighs
I'm clueless, my Mom picked it up for me from whole foods, I was going to make soup but I'd rather do that with chicken on the bone.
Any ideas??

i would slice it and stuff it and bake it.. whatcha got that you can use? any spinach and ricotta or feta? ricotta and sliced ham?

Braised in w/diced tomatoes, red wine, some chicken stock and balsmic. Serve w/rice and veggies.

I like to sprinkle them garlic powder, black pepper, italian seasoning, paprika and bake them. yum!

ITA, these are my favorite, tons of spices and we broil them for 20 minutes. 10 minutes per side.

Chop garlic, fresh parsley, onion, salt pepper, oregano, and toss with EVOO and the juice of one lemon. Bake, covered w/ foil. The last few mins, remove foil and broil to get a nice brown crispiness to it.
Serve over rice or egg noodles. There should be plenty of lemony sauce for it too. It's delicious.

Chicken soup or Arroz con Pollo. They have great recipes for it and it is a one pot meal. real easy
