Re: What to send to a hospital?
books, magazines, variety of snacks, bathrobe/pjs (too personal?). Does he have access to a dvd player or could one be lent to him - some movies or tv shows on dvd. Would he do jigsaw puzzles? like crosswords? suduko book? I am trying to think things to take up time.
I hope he's ok and recovers quickly!

Edible Arrangements?
I was thinking that but don't they have to be refrigerated?

You can order from Harry & David, they have gift baskets with fruit, cookies, sugar-free snacks.
Hope he feels better!!
