What to wear under a jacket for work

I think I want some mock turtle neck shirts/sweaters. Where can I find some?

Also what are you wearing with pants/jacket or suit? Shirts that can be worn without the jacket in a conservative environment preferred.

eta: I can't wear button down shirts..haven't found one to fit me right yet.

You can get short sleeve shell's to wear so if your warm you can take the jacket off..

NY & Co. has some really cute sleeveless blouse type shirts with ruffles down the middle. That would look really nice for work I think.

depending on the temperature, I wear knit turtlenecks (thin sweater material), silky tanks/shells (I have a few from Ann Taylor that are nice and don't have to be dry cleaned) and once in a while I will wear them with a button down, but that's rare. only if there's a "high-level" meeting I need to dress for.

i wear sweater sets, and blouses.

ann taylor and ann taylor loft should have what u are looking for.
