What type of product do you use to prevent heat damage from hairdryer/iron?

I was recently told that it's a must to use a product to prevent heat damage. Do you use a product and if so, what do use?

I just started using Frizz-ease Thermal Protection hair serum.

I like it so far. It was about $9.

I use this as well. You can get it at Harman. I also ordered it online sometimes because I have only seen the smaller bottle at Harmans.

For all you girls that use its a 10 how many sprays do you use? I used it and maybe i sprayed too too much but it left my hair feeling like it had a TON of hairspray in it kind of feeling.

I use a few sprays in my hair while it is wet. Maybe 3 or 4

I use this too, for the ladies saying that it will make your hair greasy, apply it from the tips half way up to the roots.

Do not apply on the roots! I use to make this mistake too. Its very impt to protect your hairChat Icon
