What types of cheese on a cheese platter?
For Easter I'm doing a spiral ham. In our family we make sandwiches out of it, so I'm getting some good hard rolls. I want to put out a condiment tray and a cheese platter for people who like to add cheese to their sandwich. I planned on getting swiss and provolone. Any others I should include? Not sure really what goes with ham besides swiss.

Get something mild like cheddar . I know myself I won't touch provolone and swiss is borderline.
I can't even be in the same room with cheese that smells like provolone.

Sharp cheddar, provolone, parmesan chunks, bleu or gorgonzola, brie.
