what underwear do you wear running??
hehe...i know funny question but lately i fee like every pair i have gives me a wedgie when im running! haha

I can't stand when that happens, especially at the gym lol! Dh always buys me underwear for Christmas, and this year he got me Hanes "No ride up" Bikinis. So far they are great!

Thong (synthetic material) with capri tights and none with track shorts cause it has a built in brief.
ETA: I only wear thongs...own one or two pairs of bikini...so this is the natural choice for me.

personally I don't have a problem with my cotton ones, but on my running board this came up and most (women) said they wear none or synthetic, with a ot of praise for under armor.
