Went to Dreams LaRomana last year - it was defeinitely very family friendly

I've only been to one all inclusive with kids but it was great. Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana. it was for our wedding and not only were we there with a 5 and 7 year old but there were kids of our guest there from 9 mos to 15 yrs old. Everyone loved it!

I would also recommend this resort. I stayed at Dreams in La Romana and I didn't like it.
Also look into Melia in Punta Cana. We stayed there as well and they have a lot of activities for kids.

What was your favorite all inclusive in DR with kids?
We stayed at Melia Caribe Tropical in Punta Cana and they are a very family friendly resort. Tons of activities for kids of all ages. Even a "daycare" that is 10 ft away from the main pool area. You could leave little ones there for an hour or two to play if you need just a little bit of adults only time. It took us awhile to finally do this. Lol. But we were glad we did on our last full day. We got 2 hrs in the pool/bar area and we could just do a quick walk over and see our DD playing in the secure area with the staff.
