What week do you begin your 4 month?

Is it week 13, 14 or something else?

I think week 14 is the first week in the 4th month

I found this online and this is what i go by:

1st tri
month 1 - week 1-4
month 2 - week 5-8
month 3 - week 9-13
2nd tri
month 4 - week 14-17
month 5 - week 18-21
month 6 - week 22-26
3rd tri
month 7 - week 27-30
month 8 - week 31-34
month 9 - week 35-39
